1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DailySounds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DailySounds provides a curated library of sound effects, ambient loops, and audio samples available for download and use in creative projects. Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan).
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to download sounds. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DailySounds cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload sounds you do not have the rights to distribute; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform; (d) resell or redistribute sounds as standalone audio files or in a competing sound library.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $2.99/month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
6. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts may download up to 3 sounds per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC. DailySounds reserves the right to adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
DailySounds and its licensors retain ownership of the platform and all sounds. Your use of sounds under the DailySounds commercial license does not transfer ownership. See our Sound License page for permitted uses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DailySounds does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailySounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
