Sound License

TL;DR
You can use DailySounds audio in virtually any project — YouTube videos, podcasts, apps, games, ads, films, and more — for free or commercially. You cannot resell the raw audio files or redistribute them in another sound library.
✅ What You CAN Do
- Use sounds in YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, and other social media content
- Use sounds in commercial video advertisements and promotional content
- Use sounds in mobile apps, web apps, games, and software products
- Use sounds in podcasts, radio shows, and audio productions
- Use sounds in film, TV, documentary, and streaming projects
- Use sounds in paid client projects (agency/freelance work)
- Modify, loop, pitch-shift, or otherwise edit the audio
- Sync sounds with video content you monetize
- Use sounds in AI training datasets for non-commercial research (attribution required)
❌ What You CANNOT Do
- Resell or redistribute raw audio files as standalone products
- Include sounds in a competing sound library or SFX marketplace
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original sound recordings
- Sub-license sounds to third parties without modification
- Use sounds in content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity
📝 Attribution
- Attribution is NOT required for Free or Pro subscribers
- Optional attribution format: 'Sound effects from DailySounds.org'
- Attribution is appreciated but never mandatory
🔒 License Scope
- License is granted to the individual account holder
- License is perpetual — sounds downloaded remain licensed even if you cancel
- License covers all content published during your active subscription
- License is worldwide and royalty-free
